Could a killer asteroid hit earth????

astronomers have calculated that their are over 1,00o asteroids over 1km wide but they wont hit any time soon. N.A.S.A. say that an asteroid that big only hits once million years.

if one hit earth this size it would be like an epic natural disaster and it would sent earth into a frenzy.
